In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/service
  • Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships .
  • Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.
  • Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
  • Lead backlog prioritization.
  • Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.
  • Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
  • Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Agile experience in writing user stories and leading refinement with a Scrum team
  • Product management or strategic planning experience in the financial industry related to customer onboarding and maintenance
  • Demonstrated experience identifying issues and partnering with peers in technology to identify and implement strategic solutions in alignment with leadership priorities
  • Experience working with Jira, Jira Align, and Visio (or similar process flow system)
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations from established designs to present to senior leadership
  • Experience working in a flexible work environment to support key team members and partners various time zones and locations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
