This Product Owner (Lead Digital Product Manager) is responsible for the product management of and customer alignment with the data product primarily aligned to a streamlined platform called nCino. nCino, a SalesForce platform, integrates multiple, current systems used by Wells Fargo for business lending needs. This role will define processes and roadmaps from beginning to end that impact the customer experience. This job will help define the product outcomes and strategy and drive towards the end-state vision, lead scrum teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits, and is responsible for key business and customer metrics, as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls

In this role, you will:
- Serve as Product Owner for the Business Direct Data Mart (BDDM) scrum team, stablishing Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent Minimum Releasable Product (MRP) releases.
- Review and analyze business needs and lead story refinement and prioritization to deliver solutions for business process work of moderate to high complexity.
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact.
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive results in compliance with requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience with complex data platforms.
- Experience with data, data systems, data product ownership.
- Experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc. and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Experience leading a scrum team with accountability for backlog development, refinement and prioritization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
- Ability to synthesize and distill complex problems.
- Process engineering experience.
- Financial services experience specifically with Small Business Lending.
- Change management experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: cross platform projects.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results.
- Position requires onsite presence at one of the locations: Charlotte, North Carolina, Pheonix, Arizona or Chandler, Arizona
- In-office reporting (office 3x weekly), per WF Technology guidelines
