About this role:

Wells Fargo Chief Development Office team is actively searching for qualified Lead Digital Product manager who will lead a Product area to enable company's API platform for all internal as well as publicly accessible APIs.

Product Managers are accountable for driving discovery and building a product roadmap that maximizes value of the investment in alignment with organizational objectives while overseeing the delivery of that work. As part of this, you will be gathering customer and business insights, translating that data into opportunities, and leading the product team to deliver value. This includes working with cross-functional partners to ensure that customer satisfaction goals and other outcomes are defined, validated, and met in alignment with the overall strategy and goals.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead backlog and prioritization of up to 3 scrum teams ensuring delivery on current year's OKRs (Objective and Key results) and future roadmap. You will also drive our strategy to move all our API workloads to hybrid cloud environment.

Knowledge of API's, API Architecture, API security, API governance, API discovery, definition, build, monitor and run using Google's Apigee platform is a must. Knowledge of other integration platforms like Data Power and Cloud platforms like Azure and GCP are a huge plus.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships
  • Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Product Management, Architecture, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Apigee
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of API Architecture, API security, discovery, build, monitoring and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap and in meeting product targets
  • Demonstrated understanding of API and the API Lifecycle
  • Knowledge of API security concerns and OWASP
  • Experience with Kubernetes preferably in public cloud environments of Azure and Google
  • Experience with Private cloud environment, preferably Tanzu
  • Product Management or Product Owner experience. Prior technical experience as an Architect or Principal Engineer is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with Agile practices
  • Experience writing user stories in an Agile framework
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take accountability
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide through resolution
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
