About this role:

The Lead Business Execution Consultant will be part of the Independent Testing & Validation (IT&V) Business Initiatives & Execution (BIE) team responsible for providing operational support for IT&V. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, the individual will be responsible for liaising between the IT&V testing teams, the BIE team and the various Technology teams regarding business requirements, troubleshooting issues, developing dashboards, supporting existing tools/dashboards, as well as adhoc items that come through.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead ad-hoc key initiatives for IT&V from ideation to implementation.
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Some of which to include record retention, shared drive and SharePoint oversight and governance; communications; access requests, oversight and governance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
  • Lead through influence, often without direct authority, persuading through use of data and facts.
  • Adjust and adapt to the rolling, day-to-day changes that transpire in the running of programs/initiatives.

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Liaise with line of business partners and technology teams to document and troubleshoot production support issues.
  • Ability to understand technical topics from a strategic and business perspective.
  • Communication experience translating data insights into understandable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable of Power BI, Tableau, and SAS Viya reporting functionality and capabilities to inform reporting enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of systems and procedures that meet the relevant business requirements.
  • Operate in ambiguous environments and exhibit agility in navigating from current state to proposed solutions.
  • Strong program or portfolio management experience specially related to technology projects.
  • Participate in Business Requirement Document and Functional Specification Document Reviews.
  • Develop recommendations to identify, assess, and resolve data quality issues.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes and requirements. Additionally, you will execute configuration changes and acceptance testing and support readiness activities.
  • Problem solving with identifying and addressing data-related challenges.
  • Help drive a culture of continuous improvement and transformation.
  • Consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
