This function is pivotal to support and enhance client experience and influence measures of success. This role involves assessing and creating client impact reports during incidents; planning data pipelines, building data products and providing data-driven insights for hyper-care clients; defining the pipeline for AI/ML models, supporting ideation through launch and ongoing feedback loop; and optimizing overall Payment Operations reporting capabilities. This position is focused on delivery and will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, translating strategy into actionable steps for execution.

In this role, you will:
- Create client impact reports for incident impact assessment
- Define KPIs, create SLA, standards and playbooks for hypercare client support
- Develop end-to-end processes AI/ML use cases in payment operations
- Optimize data and reporting capabilities to support payments operations
- Document process to manage risks and controls
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer/data science, or other analytical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in large financial services organization
- 5+ years of experience designing and building data solutions in complex data environments
- 5+ years of advanced Business Analytics development experience using Excel, SQL and Data Visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- 5+ years of gathering and documenting business requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing risks and controls.
- Knowledge of process engineering, documenting current state, target state and gap analysis.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and participating in lean agile ceremonies
- Experience in Payments and Settlements and advanced knowledge and understanding
- Knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures
- Experience developing and managing relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of report creation: adhoc reports in an operational environment
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Consulting skills to influence outcomes and approach for critical, high visibility priorities
- Experience with engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, and implement solutions
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals with deadlines
- Ability to remain flexible and readily available to adapt to frequent changes to meet business expectations
- Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful executive communications
- Experience and ability to present complex material in a concise manner and to all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and complex environment
- Ability to work on-site at the work location
- Ability to work weeknights and extended shifts as needed to support business during payment operations wires incidents
