About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant. This role is part of a HR Service Management Product Team. We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow consultant with a strong focus on HRSD analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing ServiceNow platforms, with extensive knowledge of HRSD architecture, analytics, and reporting. This role is critical to enhancing our HR processes through advanced analytics, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- HRSD Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HRSD analytics and reporting solutions, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow tables and metrics to provide accurate SLA, KPI, and OKR reporting for HR operations.
- Performance and User Experience Analytics:
- Implement and manage ServiceNow performance analytics to monitor process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct user experience analytics to enhance HR service delivery and improve overall user satisfaction.
- Survey Design and Administration:
- Design and administer ServiceNow surveys, including setting up trigger conditions, managing survey data, and conducting in-depth analytics to gather actionable insights.
- Self-Service Analytics and Configuration:
- Configure self-service analytics for HRSD, focusing on KPI and indicator setup to empower users with relevant data insights.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports that track key HR metrics and performance indicators.
- Process Mining and Optimization:
- Utilize ServiceNow process mining tools to identify inefficiencies within HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Collaboration and Innovation:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance HR service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously innovate and improve platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow self-service reporting, dashboard creation, performance analytics, user experience analytics, and process mining.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong 5+ expertise in ServiceNow HR ecosystem, architecture, and analytic capabilities
- Proven experience in developing and managing SLA, KPI, and OKR reporting using ServiceNow tools.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Flexibility to work in the shift timings 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm IST.
