About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Administrator to support Consumer Collections and Servicing (CCS) Business Implementation Management (BIM) team.
This BEA will work within a non-technical implementation kanban team that supports procedure updates and facilitates the content management certification process. The BEA is expected to own work from start to finish while managing stakeholders and being accountable to end results. Working within a kanban team requires adherence to Agile methodologies, consistent communication, and desire to contribute to the team's success.
In this role, you will:
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with the Strategy and Execution area
- Implement strategic plans and makes changes to the plan as necessary
- Perform complex administrative transactional and operational and customer support tasks
- Ensure that projects operate with maximum efficiency
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
- Provide leadership to the team for the purpose of attaining a common goal
- Interact with immediate team and external business partners on wide range of information
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Strategy and Execution Team

- 6+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including attention to detail
- Experience developing partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts across multiple business functions
- Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency
- Effective critical thinking and credible challenge skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Understanding of Agile methodology or willingness to learn
- Experience using Jira or ability to adapt to new technology
- Experience with OpenText and PRF systems a plus.
- Own requests for procedures updates of varying complexity from start to finish while adhering to process and communicating with various stakeholders.
- Create, edit and format moderately complex to complex internal manuals, materials, or other documentation related procedures
- Facilitate content management certification process with various levels within the business and business support partners
- Publish moderately complex web content in accordance to standards
- Build and maintain good working relationships within BIM and larger CCS organization we support
- Exercise independent judgment to ensure objectives and deadlines are met
- Identify and help the team implement process improvements
- Attend regular kanban ceremonies (meetings) and be empowered to contribute directly to improving the team's process and success
- Flexible with rotational shift.
