About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Consumer Lending Risk organization.
This individual contributor will be part of the Strategy, Planning & Governance Team and will be responsible for the coordination and execution of organizational business management needs including management routines, strategic planning, and matrixed deliverables across Consumer Lending Risk.
This person will be a key driver of operating efficiency by bringing to life the critical initiatives across the organization and will report directly to the Strategy and Planning Director for Consumer Lending.

- Managing relationships and creating alignment on decisions that meet organizational needs and support a user-centric experience
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise and business acumen, influencing stakeholders, and partnering with others to address functional needs and opportunities
- Recommending and implementing metrics to monitor effectiveness and drive accountability for assigned initiatives
- Identifying and driving adoption of capabilities and technology solutions to improve functionality and efficiency of programs and initiatives
- Communicating clearly and timely with key stakeholders; structuring information in a way that enables stakeholders to draw meaningful conclusions and make informed, risk-based decisions
- Making decisions in complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products, facilitating decision making and issue resolution, and supporting the implementation of developed solutions and plans
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
- Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills; ability to adjust and guide discussions at multiple management levels, including executive.
- Proactive and organized with demonstrated success in recognizing and understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
- Strategic planning experience, including experience leading programs with multiple work streams and/or phases aligned, each with a defined scope and timeline.
- Understanding, driving, and managing change in a large and complex matrixed organization with attention to risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to track and drive follow-through on proposed initiatives beyond approval through implementation while managing to tight timelines and competing priorities; successfully hold business partners accountable to meet critical deadlines.
- Experience working with and influencing all levels of management across multiple lines of business, with the desire and capability to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders - supporting, enabling, and enhancing their direction and targeted results.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
