Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes, systems/application support.
- Banking and Finance Domain Exposure.
- Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systems
- This is a Hybrid Support process hence the efforts would be distributed among Application support, User Provisioning and Testing
- CRM systems experience focused on Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics highly desired.
- Strong customer service focus validated with relevant experience. Actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.
- Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports.
- Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities are must.
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Content Management and credit/loan origination system support, knowledge and testing highly desired.
- Strong programming skills in python to extract, manipulate and analyze large amount of data.
- 12+ years of experience with above skillsets
- Bachelor's degree or higher in /engineering/finance
- Experience supporting or partnering with teams while building strategy involving various team members at various levels and lines of business.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical to success.
- Ability to work independently and to self-manage / motivate.
- Prior knowledge of Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) products.
Shift Timings: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern)
6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern)
