About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Administrator for one of the biggest lines of business in the company.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Consumer Lending Shared Services in task operations
- Work on Monitoring tasks across Consumer Lending Business
- Perform Risk management, Governance and Reporting related activities
- Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
- Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
- Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
- Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
- Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business

- 5+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Focused on achieving measurable results, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, strategic execution, or project management within the financial services industry.
- Support the implementation of key business projects, initiatives, and strategies.
