    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead analytic consultant for Pricing analytics

    In this role, you will:
    • Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards
    • Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data
    • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
    • Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews
    • Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported
    • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
    • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors
    Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Role Scope: Work with onshore Pricing team to provide analytics in loan pricing domain
  • Hands on experience with Reporting and Analytics (Tableau and Power BI)
  • Experience and Skills:
    • 8+ years of experience performing Business Analysis, and developing Tableau or Powerbi Dashboards
      • work with tech teams on story completion
      • Ability to find business insights
      • Ability to create impactful presentation
      • Great presentation and communication skills
      • Knowledge of banking lending products specially for commercial banking
      • Idea about financial matrices like PAT, NIAT, ROE etc.
      • Strong SQL skill and ability to create data model as required for the dashboards and analysis.
      • Ability to work as a team and ability to lead a project end to end
    • 6+ years of Hands on experience with Data analysis (SQL, Excel),
      • Ability to do some initial analysis and then be able to work with the various teams to move the issue from discovery to completed.
      • Ability to explain what happened, what was done to fix the issue, and what steps are being taken to assure the issue does not happen in the future
      • SQL Skills, Teradata Skills, Oracle Skills
      • Ability to stich data together
