Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Transformation, Executive Director (Senior Lead Treasury Analyst) to join the Treasury Transformation Office and lead the Intraday Liquidity product area. This role will report directly to the Head of Liquidity Transformation and have extended accountability to leaders in the Liquidity Management business team. This leader will oversee multiple delivery teams within the intraday liquidity management product area and is accountable for leading the development and ongoing maintenance of an Intraday liquidity business technology strategic roadmap, running the annual initiative process and driving the delivery of strategic initiatives (business design and execution) supporting this space in partnership with Treasury business and Technology leadership. In this role, you will:
- Support leadership in developing financial research, forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
- Recommend solutions based on financial data and economic research that may have critical impact on long term business performance
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges on product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting and various financial assessment related to Mergers and Acquisition activities
- Deliver solutions on long term strategy for efficient and effective process in support of providing key finance services such as management reporting, various planning and balance sheet data
- Coordinate highly complex activities, with the guidance of others to implement key risk initiatives
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership by recommending compliance and risk requirements for supported area
- Work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Lead large companywide complex projects and initiatives to drive change and success
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 7+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years transformational strategy and business technology planning/ execution experience, predominately centered within Treasury
- Experience leading equivalent large scale transformative efforts at peer institutions and/or as a third-party advisor
- Detailed experience within the Liquidity Management function; well versed in internal and external reporting, data management, analytics and solutions leveraged within a liquidity management function
- Experience partnering with critical Senior Executive and Technology stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies
- Experience with Agile and SDLC Frameworks, and Quarterly Initiative planning concepts (SCALE Agile, etc)
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to develop long-term vision and strategic plans, anticipating future market changes and adapting accordingly
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to identify insights and inform decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to travel up to 10%
