About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage Generative AI to enhance and streamline our communication strategies, enabling us to better engage with our clients and audience. You'll play a key role in creating data-driven, impactful messaging, harnessing cutting-edge AI technologies to drive strategic initiatives and elevate our brand presence.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and execute communication strategies using Generative AI tools, creating highly personalized, effective, and scalable content for various channels, including social media, internal communications, customer outreach, and digital marketing.
  • Translate AI Insights, capabilities, and delivered services into Actionable Messaging
  • Simplify complex AI concepts, transforming them into clear, engaging messages for target audiences, ensuring that technical advancements align with our broader business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, data science, and engineering teams, to identify and capitalize on opportunities where GenAI can enhance communication efforts and optimize customer engagement.
  • Use AI-driven analytics to measure the impact of content, make data-informed adjustments, and continuously enhance the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Keep current on the latest advancements in Generative AI and communication technologies, applying new tools and methodologies to enhance our communication ecosystem
Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experience
  • 5+ years in communications or digital marketing, with a demonstrated focus on integrating advanced technologies like Generative AI into communication strategies.
  • Experience with AI platforms, products, and technologies, including Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs). Familiarity with data analytics tools and AI content creation software is essential.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that's accessible and relevant to various audiences, balancing technical accuracy with creative storytelling.
  • Ability to measure, interpret, and act on data insights to continuously refine communication strategies and optimize audience impact.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience managing projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with platforms like OpenAI, Google Cloud's AI suite, or other relevant AI and analytics platforms
  • Expertise in tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar to help inform content decisions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to emerging AI trends and integrate them into communication frameworks
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$138,500.00 - $287,600.00
