In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a highly specialized MI team with focus on delivering relevant reporting to cross functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functional area or who are affected by its outcomes.
- Develop and maintain FCRM KPI, KRI, Controls, Data Integrity and other relevant dashboards and reporting.
- Partner with impacted and remediation parties as necessary to perform root-cause analysis, assess impact, and determine ownership.
- Produce metrics on financial crimes risk management.
- Understand the whole of data management risk for FCRM, including effective onboarding, source expansion, data violations, and ongoing remediation efforts.
- 8+ years of Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Management experience
- Expert level experience in Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, Project Management.
- At-scale Financial Institution experience strongly desired.
- Expert level experience with Data architecture and MI reporting.
- Deep expertise in Domain-driven design.
- Strong project planning with demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams' though significant change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-quantitative colleagues in a concise and clear fashion.
- Experience building relationships across lines of businesses, influencing partners, as well as providing credible and effective challenge.
- Proven success recruiting, inspiring, developing, coaching, and motivating team members through balanced leadership with a focus on team member engagement and retention and performance management.
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
