About this role:

The Head Financial Crimes Management Information Reporting Director plays a strategic role in guiding Financial Crimes Risk Management's responsibilities. The role will oversee a team that will drive management for all our metrics, reports & dashboards; actively manage our KRIs and drive business insights and reporting to appropriate governance

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a highly specialized MI team with focus on delivering relevant reporting to cross functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functional area or who are affected by its outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain FCRM KPI, KRI, Controls, Data Integrity and other relevant dashboards and reporting.
  • Partner with impacted and remediation parties as necessary to perform root-cause analysis, assess impact, and determine ownership.
  • Produce metrics on financial crimes risk management.
  • Understand the whole of data management risk for FCRM, including effective onboarding, source expansion, data violations, and ongoing remediation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Expert level experience in Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, Project Management.
  • At-scale Financial Institution experience strongly desired.
  • Expert level experience with Data architecture and MI reporting.
  • Deep expertise in Domain-driven design.
  • Strong project planning with demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams' though significant change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-quantitative colleagues in a concise and clear fashion.
  • Experience building relationships across lines of businesses, influencing partners, as well as providing credible and effective challenge.
  • Proven success recruiting, inspiring, developing, coaching, and motivating team members through balanced leadership with a focus on team member engagement and retention and performance management.
