About the Role:

The successful candidate will be the key finance contact and business partner to WIM CRG (Client Relationship Group) Finance stakeholders. The candidate will be required to build, manage and grow teams and provide detailed financial reporting and analyses, planning and forecasting, presentations and insights, to help drive top-level executive financial reporting that supports strategic business decisions. Good to have technical skills with tools like Power BI, SQL and other BI tools

  • Candidate should be a subject matter expert on FP&A and should be good with the numbers, ability to break the information into meaningful data points, good story writing and commentary skills.
  • Candidate should be conversant with all the headcount, FTE related reports and should be able to bring in high quality analytics and insights on the same.
  • Candidate should possess very strong KPI, metrics related reporting and should be able to independently deliver all metrics (financial and non -financial) related data and analytics.
  • Candidate should have good stakeholder engagement skills and should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Candidate should have good financial acumen and come out with good strategic/ go forward data /analytic support and support the business teams.
  • Capable of conducting in-depth research of large data (financial & non-financial) using various tools and providing insightful solutions to stakeholders.
  • Interact / coordinate with different teams to proactively raise any specific issues or challenges around the business and work independently with the concerned teams to resolve issues.
  • Candidate should ensure faster turnaround time on query handling and ad-hocs if any, with good understanding of change management and its likely impacts and consequences. Provide detailed analysis, trend analysis and high level recommendations. Should proactively call out for issues / challenges and come out with solutions.
  • Candidate should be good with financial modelling, understand process changes and be good with research and query handling.
  • Candidate should have good automation and transformation skills, especially in the space of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence applications.
  • Performing variance and trend analyses; communicating and providing guidance to business partners regarding relevant financial policies
Essential Qualifications
  • MBA (or) Cost & Management Accountant (or) Chartered Financial Analyst with 12-14 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Candidate should have strong FP&A expertise and has experience in working with senior leaders providing strategic solutions.
  • Candidate must have hands on experience in LOB / segment / product reporting / management reporting / dashboard / presentations / Analytics / commentary.
  • Candidate should have good hands on experience on handling end to end aspects of project financials / reporting / forecasting / analysis and plan support.
  • Candidate should have good exposure to handling work flow applications, be good with BO and or BI Tools and or similar applications. Good expertise in Data Lineage, data flow / architecture and data quality.
  • Candidate should have good financial modelling, template building, dashboard and presentation skills as this will really help in transforming the reports to the next level.
  • Candidate should have essbase, Hyperion, Cognos and should be a subject matter expert in data retrievals from different cubes. ( Must to have)
  • Ability to work both independently and within team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform complex analyses, build financial models, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to business leaders.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, Business Intelligence tools and Power point.
Desired Qualifications
  • Good understanding of Accounting and preferably knowledge of US GAAP is an additional advantage.
  • Financial Services (brokerage in particular) Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tool.
