About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director - Vice President.
In this role, you will:
- Manage professional teams accountable for overall operational performance of one or more lines of business
- Engage with internal partners and peers associated with the function
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of security operations team to meet high risk deliverables
- Develop policies and procedures for security operations within the scope of moderate complexity and responsibility
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Securities Operations
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

- 6+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- 3+ years of Management experience
