Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, which is part of Consumer Lending. This team is responsible for the ideation, implementation, support and success of all marketing platforms that enable the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing.

You will be part of the Digital Container's team, which sits within the broader Marketing Experience Development & Optimization (ExDO) product team. This group is responsible for a suite of technology platform capabilities that help marketers test and personalize digital experiences. This role will be accountable to support and drive the end-to-end delivery of our digital container's roadmap and coordinate across multiple Marketing and Digital product, business, technology and analytics cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will:
  • Support the development, deployment and expansion of the marketing digital container roadmap, understanding key requirements and outcomes desired.
  • Develop and support the overall marketing digital container product vision and partner with stakeholders to support a robust strategy that will drive the most benefit from our investments.
  • Support cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver on the right capabilities, levering strong partnership and influencing skills alongside a test and learn mindset.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Develop and oversee timelines across Marketing and Digital to ensure successful delivery for priorities and on-going maintenance management.
  • Support effective troubleshooting across technical and data issues to ensure swift escalation and resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of targeted digital and marketing containers/placements, or an ability to quickly gain this experience from a functional and technical perspective
  • Proven ability to engage across product, business, technical and analytics cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience with communicating capacity, impediments, progress on commitments, and new learnings.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, management and execution of the test process including pre-production and production support.
  • Proven ability to understand and engage with teams at the digital technical level and across operational needs.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging an agile methodology to drive out platform capabilities while supporting epics/features, agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlogs
  • Highly effective execution skills
  • Financial services experience highly desired.

Pay Range:
  • San Francisco, California: $96.600- $206,1000annual base salary
  • New York City, New York: $ 96,600- $206,100 annual base salary
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.
