Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Customer Intelligence as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB). In this role, you will:

Support projects that enable effective strategy development by delivering cross-LOB insights into our customers and their behaviors

Conduct high priority, strategic analyses; deliver recommended solutions and actions to a senior leader audience

Build a knowledgebase of foundational customer insights that will empower the organization to be more customer- and data-centric

Lead the development of consumer and business customer segmentation frameworks and definitions

Manage through influence by engaging cross-functional teams across multiple lines of business and all levels of leadership

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • Quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis experience
  • Consumer finance experience with a clear understanding of the industry and macro-economic trends
  • Ability to foster relationships and lead through influence
  • Superior adaptability to work successfully in an ambiguous, fast paced, and evolving environment
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills. Able to make decisions quickly, translate findings into answers to business questions, and influence strategy.
  • Able to create and deliver effective presentations to senior leaders
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Think-Cell is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
  • Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
