About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Senior Business Execution Consultant - CRE Transformation in Strategic Execution as part of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead projects/workstreams with responsibility for performing analysis, creating deliverables and meeting timelines to implement CRE operating model transformation solution.
  • Assist in the development and management of project plans, status & reporting, dependencies, issues, and risks partnering with the Business, Technology and other key stakeholders on the planning, execution and management of the initiative
  • Use problem solving and analytical skills to develop approaches and solutions (process improvement, change management, product management, project workstreams, etc.) to solve complex issues
  • Assist in the identification and build-out of key products, processes and capabilities for CRE lines of business, with particular emphasis on internal processes, applications and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and influence other project resources business stakeholders and partner teams to provide requirements, make decisions and create deliverables needed for successful delivery
  • Proactively engage and partner with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk and other key stakeholders to define prioritization and drive the execution of strategic initiatives from initiation to implementation to transition to BAU
  • Drive decision making and issue resolution in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of corporate lending products
  • Develop and maintain multi-year roadmap of strategic capabilities and product build out considering business strategy and regulatory environment

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

• xperience in one or a combination of the following: Banking, consulting, program/project management, strategic planning, or implementation
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication & presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, effectively resolving competing objectives, priorities and conflicts as they arise
• Subject matter expertise in the lending & credit lifecycle - including but not limited to pitch, underwriting, credit approval, booking and funding, servicing and asset management
• Subject matter expertise in CIB and/or CRE - including but not limited to credit origination, underwriting, serving and portfolio management of both balance sheet & third party loans
• Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of complex IT environments: cross-functional areas, large number of interfaces and data sources
• Skilled with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
