About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Systems and Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst in UAT scope of work
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, strategy, and adaption of change implementation to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop process improvement for the betterment of testing platform
  • Collaborate with peers, risk, compliance, and multiple level managers, interact directly with clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Change Implementation in testing scope of work
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

  • Providing direction and oversight for execution of testing activities.
  • Establishing and/or supporting processes for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Waterfall and Agile efforts, Quality Center (ALM) usage, demand/capacity planning, release planning and team member development. Oversight for quality reviews of all required Enterprise Test Management (ETM) compliance artifacts.
  • Collaborating and partnering with peers for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process improvements.
  • Providing direction and oversight to Systems Quality Assurance Team(s) in the evaluation of business requirements and technical designs to ensure thorough and solid test strategies, test case design, test plans and execution.
  • Evaluating new and evolving business strategy and technologies, identifying impact on business, and implementing testing processes and/or support to ensure quality implementation of technical improvements.
  • Providing strong technical and business expertise to ensure effective test execution.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
Additional Requirements:
  • Exposure to Consumer Lending LO
  • 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (may be needed to work in US hours on a needed basis for planning and other business meetings)
  • Work from Office (as mandated by business, currently 3 Full Days in office)
Knowledge and exposure to Automation testing
