About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of Change Implementation consultants to successfully lead the implementation of Onboarding initiatives fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement for Home Lending Operations
- Develop, evaluate and help change performance consultants deliver training programs to upskill employees on Home Lending domain
- Identify and recommend opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, strategy, and adaption of change implementation to meet business objectives
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- Work with stakeholders across operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of onboarding and change related programs

- 6+ years of Home Lending Operations experience
- 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- Experience in Home Lending Originations domain
- Experience leading change implementation teams.
