  • Supports the WellsOne Commercial Credit Card Billing and Settlement team and leads Quality Assurance Administrators and Operational Accounting Associates in Salt Lake City, UT and Winston Salem, NC
  • Reconciles the general ledger accounts and DDA accounts associated with internal money movement processes for WellsOne Commercial Card
  • Monitors and resolve discrepancies regarding customer credit limits and balances between internal authorization, processing, and loan systems and performs Quality Assurance on all activities
  • Process clients' online statements and payment processing, set up and maintenance of the WellsOne Commercial Card Program parameters based on contractual terms
  • Facilitates revenue share (cash back) and bonus retention payouts, settlement for the daily payment of Visa and Mastercard Networks
  • Partner with various internal teams to improve system functions to be regulatory compliance, and enhance the customer experiences
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Oversee a compliance monitoring program and evaluate the results, ensuring achievement of a satisfactory rating on all audits, working with business management to resolve issues, and address deficiencies
  • Complete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures to implement compliance and to resolve issues

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Relationship Support
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Commercial Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Performance management - Experience in Establishing appropriate performance standards and high expectations with measurable statistics including thresholds for tracking and monitoring performance
  • Skilled and experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
