The group, which includes the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, Customer Remediations and Customer Mediations, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that affect customers, and providing solutions that ensure customers' needs are understood and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators' expectations are met and that team members have the tools and training necessary for success.

Business Execution Director. The Director will be responsible for the following:
- Lead a team of managers and professionals to support daily operations, quality and controls and help implement a long-term strategy overseeing the Customer Remediation organization based in India and the Philippines.
- Responsible for designing and implementing processes that promote effective operational delivery of complex remediation delivery strategies and identify trends for purposes of influencing strategic direction and maturing practices.
- Ensure collaboration amongst business groups, control, technology, operations, IRM, and other enterprise delivery partners to strengthen decision-making and successfully execute remediation activities.
- Execute a global strategy, along with supporting practices, to build out effective key operational processes for optimal efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports in management and consultative roles, along with matrixed partners, who have critical responsibilities, to execute or oversee work tied to regulatory and customer remediation commitments.
- Serve as a Control Owner and reviewer of the end-to-end remediations process designed to mitigate remediation execution risks and to include representation during RCSA, and various ongoing control testing and oversight activities aligned with Wells Fargo Risk Management policies.
- Ensure compliance with Issues Management Policy as well as any other applicable enterprise policies and procedures.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development and team engagement to meet short- and long-term business objectives and strategy.
- 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 4+ years of management experience, preferably in Financial Services Industry
- Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, create a strong collaborative environment, and develop partnerships with businesses and functional areas.
- Demonstrated firsthand experience effectively leading teams who execute Remediations Operations, Quality and Controls. Effective relationship management and the ability to influence and create an environment that fosters collaboration and credible challenge across multiple levels of the organization.
- Exceptional record of driving organizational change and delivering results.
- Strong Risk Management and Compliance skills
- Manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; effective in communication across variety of audiences and constituencies, including executive management
- Superb collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions with demonstrated success through decision making and in gaining alignment.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously in a balanced approach.
- Demonstrated experience working with Regulatory issues and Regulatory bodies.
- Knowledge and understanding of ever-evolving regulatory environments and governance process.
- Experience in Issues Management
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts so that there is full understanding to support the business and business decisions.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
