About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within the CTO Operations Assurance team. This position provides a key governance and oversight function for Problem, Incident and Change Management within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) and Cybersecurity (CS) lines of business. This Operational Assurance team is responsible for the support of 7 different Change Advisory Boards (CABS), that support 120K incidents and 14K changes per month. Additionally, this team provides oversight of critical assurance processes such as Critical Care and Complex change. The team works with LOB stakeholders to enforce service level management and provides data analysis to provide measurable process improvement across the portfolio.

In this role, you will:
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with Service Now Incident, Problem, and Change reporting
  • 2+ years of experience with Wells Fargo Incident, Problem, and Change reporting
Job Expectations:
  • In this role the team member will be instrumental in supporting and collaborating with various teams under the CTO LOB for any changes/Incidents and Problems
  • Facilitate CTO changes through established process such as TLT Stability Critical, Heighten Awareness and Month End Freeze
  • Acts as liaison between LOB technology teams and TCM and TIPM team
  • Responsible for the governance and adherence of the set protocols by TCM and TIPM for CTO/CS LOB
  • Responsible for data quality of changes/Incidents and Problems as service now will undergo external audit for the data quality
  • Responsible for all high-risk and high-impact CHGs for LOBs by potentially evaluating risks that are brought to the forefront for strategic evaluation and mitigation
  • Responsible for LOB's adherence to SLAs set by TIPM team with proactive monitoring
  • The team also has the responsibility of identifying the control gaps and bridging the same by collaborating with ServiceNow team
  • Team also collaborates on operational practices and enforce service-level management and provide data and analysis to help provide measurable process improvement across the portfolio
