About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant responsible for responding to enquiries and issues from customers on a variety of complex financial products, services and/or select customer segments through a variety of channel.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

- 5+ years of Business Execution experience in one or a combination of the following: Salesforce CRM support, Business Analysis, Business operations.
- Financial services industry experience.
- SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience.
- Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good analytical skills including strategically analyzing data and diagnosing opportunities/interventions.
- Experience using Agile principles, including planning, and estimating with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Attention to detail - demonstrated ability to identify areas of improvement in your work.
- Highly comfortable in learning new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated initiative to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects, and initiatives.
- Overall day to day support of the Salesforce CRM (CRV) application, access to the tool and functionality.
- Consultation, direction and oversight to technology and Scrum Team partners to ensure standards and critical path deliverables are met to support the CRV (Salesforce CRM) application.
- Analysis and communication of application progress, schedules, and risks for all support issues or changes.
- Identification and assistance in the resolution of issues.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of user reported issues and escalated issues.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
