Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate (Procedure Writer) in Wells Fargo Auto as part of Wells Fargo Consumer Lending. The Business Execution Associate will be responsible for consulting, creating, maintaining, certifying, and publishing business procedures to ensure employees have the information they need to perform their job functions, serve customers, and manage risk. Their responsibility of managing a large pipeline of procedures within the customer journey will be key. This role will actively engage with all levels of leadership and partners.   • Facilitate meetings with various partners throughout the organization and follow-up with notes and actions.
  • Partner with regulatory change agents to proactively identify required updates prior to publication with respect to regulatory changes.
  • Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
  • Coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames.
  • Create, edit and format simple to complex internal documents related procedures and policies.
  • Present recommendations for resolving simple to complex problems and projects.
  • Assist others to resolve process gaps, providing input and suggestions based on observations.
  • Research, review and translate technical information to end users.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, management and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Consult with subject matter experts to understand business needs as it relates to business documentation throughout the business's entire process.
  • Own requests for procedure updates of varying complexity from start to finish while adhering to internal documentation standards.
  • Review process/procedure changes for potential impact to other documentation or resources.
  • Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to proactively identify content updates.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Procedure Writing experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional technical writing processes and tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of grammar and standard English.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability of multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all organizational levels, where flexibility and adaptability are important.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to document complex concepts in a clear manner.
  • Ability to follow common style guides (APA, MLA, Chicago) and custom style guides (Wells Fargo Writing Guide and business unit style guide).
  • Present recommendations to resolve moderately complex problems and projects.
  • Identify as well as assist others to resolve process gaps.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, OpenText, Jira, Alfa Systems, and AppWorks.
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
