Wells Fargo (WF) utilizes vendors Iron Mountain (IM) and Recall for approved offsite physical records management. U.S. physical records are shipped to IM and International physical records to Recall in cartons; the outside of these cartons have a variety of data points to pinpoint the location, dates, classification, and the records contained in the carton.

Working with the Risk Records Management (RM) Team supporting CB function the WF I&P Team Member's will be analyzing carton attributes to manage exceptions that may occur related to record dates, classification coding, and other physical carton attributes
Validating that all required records management and account ownership information is correctly associated with any records shipped to preferred third-party service provider storage
Other duties listed below are required to maintain the foundational information needed to complete duties listed above.
Reviewing all current and new inventory for
• Future dating issues,
• Missing metadata,
• Incorrect or missing Record Class codes
• Out card cartons (cartons checked out of location)
EGS India TMs are expected to have knowledge of the systems utilized in the records program including:
Iron Mountain Connect (IMC)
• IM Connect is a web-based interface used to access Intellectual Property accounts and the Wells Fargo Records storage accounts
• IMS Connect allows Wells Fargo Records Coordinators to communicate with Iron Mountain to pick up or deliver records, enter transmittal data in Iron Mountain system, order supplies and edit inventory already in storage.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- Experience in one or a combination of the following: Risk and Compliance management, financial services, reporting and analysis
- Strong Reporting and Analytics
- Strong in Records Management Concepts
- Multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively
- Knowledge and a broad background in Commercial Banking
- Good understanding of Operational Risk and Process Risk and Controls
- Accurately process high volumes of work, within established deadlines
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
- Proficient in reporting and presentation skills
- Knowledge on SQL, Tableau, Power BI
