About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of Business Execution and Readiness, for the Communication and Readiness team. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic line of business consulting, communication planning, and content development and implementation coordination and support for Commercial Banking and related partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Apply knowledge and expertise in Commercial Banking businesses, products and systems
  • Develop communication plans and supporting content that is clear, action-oriented, team member focused and supports flawless initiative execution and goal achievement
  • Apply knowledge and expertise for meeting ADA requirements for all communications and supporting documents for the business
  • Prepare contextually appropriate and deadline-based delivery of clean, error-free content in accordance with CB guidelines and brand standards
  • Obtain the required approvals for all communication content and supporting documents
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for communication and readiness activities
  • Collaborate and consult with CB business partners, leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Business Readiness & Execution staff

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and expertise in Commercial Banking businesses, products and systems
  • Knowledge of internal communication process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple competing projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of, and ability to apply risk and control principles
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across Commercial Banking and promote teamwork
  • Passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
