About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Product Managment Consultant within Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA). Our organization, Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA), sits within Enterprise Remediations and Complaints and focuses on being Wells Fargo's leading data and analytics organization in solving business problems, finding actionable insights, proactively mitigating risk, and enabling operational excellence. CEDA supports the Wells Fargo enterprise with business enablement and analytics that solve problems, drive efficiency and sustain a strong risk and control environment. We use our expansive knowledge of data to operationalize analytic solutions.
Within CEDA, this role will be a part of Strategy, Transformation and Automated Controls (STAC) who leads CEDAs strategic priorities, data as a "product," and transformation office supporting all analytical functions within CEDA. STAC leads analytic and non-analytic development and business strategies focused on contact center operational efficiencies, quality assurance/ monitoring/ controls, and risk mitigation in near-real time for enhanced customer & team member experiences.
We use unique skills and consultative skillsets to support CEDAs strategic objectives, employee services, and product management thru agile transformation. Our mission is to scale the program which allows for consistent process, risk, and control frameworks that offer people + data solutions that bring about more accurate and efficient risk coverage. These solutions enhance risk coverage with the goal of 100% risk detection along with 100% correction capabilities for the frontline.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex data product initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning related to driving data enablement and capabilities across multiple platforms and utilities
- Review and analyze moderately complex data product challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to drive data enablement strategies and roadmaps
- Independently resolve moderately complex data product issues and lead team to meet data product deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of data, analytics, and integration needs of line of business partners that impact prioritization, roadmap, and architecture design
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to ensure data product solutions are built for optimal performance and design analytics applications across multiple platforms, resolve data product issues, and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff
- Provide input on new use case intake, prioritization, product roadmap definition, and other critical business processes
- Manage moderately complex datasets continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs, while adhering to set data governance and standards
- Create and maintain data product roadmaps and documentation throughout the data product life cycle with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities
- Serve as a liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams throughout the data product life cycle
- 4+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Quality Monitoring or Quality Assurance administration experience including innovative form design, workflow development and reconciliation, understanding of data outputs and translating into solution design.
- Indigo administration experience including form design, bulk upload and assignment process, experience in Indigo data outputs and translation into solution design
- Understanding of process, risk, and controls - inclusive of audit or exam testing methodologies
- Understanding of contact center technology including phone routing, email channels, chat, and various systems of record across the Enterprise.
- Ability to identify, research and solution simple to complex technology and reporting requirements.
