About this role:

The Data Product Management Consultant will focus on designing, building and managing delivery support within Strategy, Transformation, and Automated Controls (STAC). This individual will support the development and implementation of various non-analytic solutions inclusive of:
  • Design new solutions to fulfill customer needs for reviews that use system of record data for QA/QC controls.
  • Create new or modify existing Indigo forms to support the enterprise business groups.
  • Deliver administrative support such as application access, onboarding new groups, and break/fix issues.
In this role, you will:
  • Participate in low to moderate complexity data product initiatives and identify opportunities for data roadmap improvements within scope of responsibilities that drive data enablement and capabilities across platforms and utilities
  • Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive low to moderate-risk data enablement strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex data product situations, and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in data, analytics, and integration needs of line of business partners that impact prioritization, roadmap, and architecture design
  • Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritization and ensure data product solutions are built for optimal performance
  • Manage low to moderate-complexity datasets continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs, while adhering to set data governance and standards
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of data product roadmaps with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities
  • Gather data requirements and document data needs from a variety of sources throughout the data product life cycle
  • Communicate low to moderate complexity data problems and initiatives in a digestible manner to all audiences
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced INDIGO application knowledge
  • Experience with data applications or assets
  • Create INDIGO application solution design work for internal customers
  • Experience with large enterprise data initiatives
  • Contact center business or technology experience
  • Experience in Agile Jira, Confluence, and other workflow tools
  • Experience in MS SQL Server Management Studio
