About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Fiduciary Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in less complex customer financial account relationship services
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions while managing the risk of accounts
  • Administer client accounts in order to create, expand, and serve relationships
  • Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to moderately complex risk tasks and deliverables
  • Develop knowledge of investment strategies, objectives, and asset allocations
  • Analyze trust and financial information and prioritize as appropriate
  • Set up, administer, terminate, and distribute moderately complex accounts of all types
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate directly with clients, Wells Fargo partners, and external resources
  • Provide work direction
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • 6+ months of Fiduciary Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication and Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Role will be required to work in US hours covering any of the US time zones (Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones).
  • Amenable to onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building BGC Taguig City.
Job Expectations:

Trust Services is undertaking to offshore certain stand-alone agency accounts to the Manilla office of Wells Fargo India & Philippines.

Offshore Agency Administrators will be client facing and will be responsible for all non-discretionary administrative tasks currently performed by onshore Trust Officers for the agency accounts. Thus, the offshore employees would act in the same capacity as onshore employees.

Tasks performed by offshore Agency Administrators would include the following currently performed by onshore Trust Officers:

1. Administrative Account Reviews
2. Bill Pay
3. Gifting
4. Money Movement
5. Non-Monetary Client Service Requests
6. Overdrafts & Uninvested Cash
7. Pledging
8. Repapering
9. Statements
10. Tax Related Tasks
11. Terminations
12. Wires
