The Waters India GCC is an integrated extension of our global team, serving as a center of excellence across areas such as software engineering, technology, and product development.

The Total Rewards Global Benefits and Mobility Administrator will be located in India and will support the Global Total Rewards Benefits and Mobility Team's responsibilities and projects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Benefits and Mobility located in the U.S., the role will be responsible for several areas including but not limited to benefit vendor invoice processing, immigration administration, responding to employee benefit questions and maintaining up to date resources for educating and communicating to employees.

This position will follow a hybrid approach (Working three days a week at the GCC office and two days from home).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all benefit program education and communication materials that are visible to employees as well as HR Shared Services to ensure they are accessible, clear and up to date
  • Respond to U.S. employee benefit inquiries directly from employees as well as from HR Shared Services with educating and clear responses
  • Manage all U.S. benefit vendor invoice review and submission for payment, cost center allocation, and initiation of Purchase Orders when applicable
  • Prepare U.S. benefit plan contribution funding wires
  • Perform monthly U.S. benefit financial reconciliation in partnership with the finance team
  • Complete U.S. Medicare forms when needed by employees or former employees as well as distribute annual Medicare notices
  • Conduct annual balance updates for the U.S. College Tuition Benefit Program
  • Coordinate U.S. on-site events including vendor services
  • Responsible for global mobility immigration in-house administration working with external immigration attorneys and taking direction from Waters Director of Mobility
  • Prepare global mobility relocation estimates and assist in the administration of relocations.
  • Responsible for maintaining global benefit inventories by country
  • Assist in benefits data collection and analysis as needed
  • Complete global benefit surveys which allow us to receive valuable market data
  • Support global benefits and mobility projects including but not limited to Well-being, Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Multi-national pooling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of two years' of experience in Total Rewards Benefits, preferably from an international company
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Collaborative team-player, demonstrated ability to work well with global cross-functional groups
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
