Overview
Waters Corporation is currently looking to hire a Material Coordinator to join our team.
The position is responsible for material handling activities of raw materials in a manufacturing setting. These duties include: movement of components/ sub-assemblies, and Finished Goods to and from stocking locations. Duties will also include material cycle counting, and expediting materials to maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient, accurate and continuous flow of material between departments.

- Unloading Raw Material from the Dock and the Production Conveyor.
- Pick up Material from the Stock Room & Receiving Areas.
- Deliver & Transact Material to Production Areas.
- Manage Factory Orders: Release, Print, Prioritize, and Expedite.

- Work with Engineering teams to ensure structured correctly: location & routing errors
- Manage material exceptions and shortages.
- Factory Order Mgmt.
- Cycle Count Mgmt.
- Duty Free/FTZ Mgmt.
- Purchase Orders, Material Packing, Shipping & Receiving
- Including weekly packing & shipments to other Waters facilities and Contract Manufacturers.
- Independently and Problem-Solving initiative/skills.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School graduate, GED or equivalent
Experience:
- SAP or similar MRP experience
- 2+ yrs. experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Familiarity with GMP
- MS Office - Excel & Word
Qualifications:
- Ability to Multitask
- Independent thinker
- Teamwork attitude
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication Skills - Written & Verbal
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
