Our Global Central Labs combines the expertise of a leading CRO, Clinical Research Services with global central labs that are among the world's largest dedicated exclusively to clinical trials.

Overview and Responsibilities:

Are you searching for a career to aid in positive change for global health and well-being? As a Materials Coordinator, you would support the planning, ordering and timely coordination of supplies needed for various clinical trial lab kits. Coordinators work closely as a team to strive for minimal to no disruption for critical patient visits with their synchronization and attention to detail. We collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues, kitting facilities and suppliers to proactively meet timelines. If you are a self-starter, an outstanding teammate and enjoy analyzing data then this position may be for you!

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required and minimum of two years general materials management or planning experience with clinical trials required. Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent client and phone service skills
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principal's pre-analytical, analytic and post-analytic influences on specimens and results Intermediate level of digital literacy
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language - additional languages are an advantage
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making
  • Self-starter

Additional / Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains min and max inventory levels
  • Orders materials to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
  • Leads all aspects of kit facilities in the coordination of inventory materials
  • Maintains temperature critical materials
  • Handles Inter and Intra Company Transfers
  • Prepares local purchase requisitions
  • Performs data entry for the receipt of material
  • Actively solves problem supply related issues
  • Works with AP to resolve any receipt issues
  • Monitors expired stock and replenishes as needed
  • Ensuring PPD part numbers are maintained
  • Acts as a point of contact for all materials related functions
