The Waters India GCC is an integrated extension of our global team, serving as a center of excellence across areas such as software engineering, technology, and product development.

The Total Rewards Global Mobility Coordinator will be located in India and will support the Global Total Rewards Benefits and Mobility Team's responsibilities and projects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Benefits and Mobility located in the U.S., the role will be responsible for several areas including but not limited to immigration administration, mobility relocation and assignment processes, responding to employee and HR mobility questions and maintaining up to date resources for educating and communicating to employees about mobility.

This position will follow a hybrid approach (Working three days a week at the GCC office and two days from home).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all global mobility administration including relocations, transfers, assignments, and immigration.
  • Respond to mobility inquiries directly from employees, hiring managers and the HR team.
  • Manage all relocation benefit packages including international assignments, permanent international transfers, and local relocations for both new hires and existing employees.
  • Prepare global mobility relocation and assignment estimates and ensure approvals are obtained before they are authorised.
  • Partner with external immigration law firm to manage work permit requests and file approved applications.
  • Ensure each case complies with the mobility policy, process, government regulatory requirements, and approved vendor partners are used.
  • Help identify any areas of potential risk or opportunities for process enhancements within global mobility.
  • Ensure all relocation and immigration costs are invoiced correctly and charged back to the correct cost centres.
  • Maintain documents relating to relocation and immigration and ensure they are filed correctly and compliantly.
  • Work with and help manage all external mobility vendor partners including relocation, immigration and tax.
  • Support global benefits and mobility team in a variety of projects including but not limited to Well-being and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' of experience in a Mobility role, preferably from an international company.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Collaborative team-player with demonstrated ability to work well with global cross-functional groups.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
