General Summary:
ローカル・アニメーション制作に関連した宣伝・マーケティングをリードしていただくポジションになります。宣伝Producerとしてアニメーションコンテンツの宣伝をリードしていただくと共に、メンバー管理や指導など、組織運営にも携わっていただきます。
Key Responsibilities:
- 宣伝プロデューサー責任者として音楽およびPRを担当
- メディア露出、広告プラン策定、宣伝手法開発
- 広報費予算の管理および利益追求、体制づくり
- コンテンツやアーティストの獲得の可能性の提案および作曲家、作詞家、監督、プロデューサー、エージェント、マネージャー、歌手などと打ち合わせ
- キャスティング、制作スケジュール、物理的な制作、台本の修正、コスト管理、予算管理、タレントの問題、新聞・テレビ媒体でのPR枠の予約、PRイベントなどの実施、メディアのPR露出のチェック・報告など、プロジェクト制作の側面に関する検討と助言
- クリエイティブ・パッケージの準備と監修、商品プレスリリースの作成
- アーティストやタレントとの関係維持、アニメーションやその絵のためのローカルコンテンツの種を探し、アニメーションの権利や絵の権利を獲得する
- デジタル配信、ゲーム、ソーシャルゲーム、モバイル、アニメの絵や音楽など、WHVのコンテンツとのコラボレーションによるシナジー効果の創出と最大化
- オリジナルコンセプト、または既存の文芸作品から採用したコンセプトのアニメーション商品への開発
- 会社が権利を所有し、CPにとって収益性のあるオリジナルコンテンツの開発
- 国内だけでなく、海外からの収益性の高いプロダクションの開発
- 制作、配給、マーケティング、技術、財務、法務の各分野における現地および本社の担当者、ならびに営業、マーケティング・オペレーション、デジタル配給、企画・戦略などの他部門との調整
- 劇場、TV、CPなど他事業部門との調整
Experience required:
- アニメーション制作に関わるマーケティング／宣伝プロデューサー経験5年以上
- チームマネジメント経験
Competencies we are looking for:
- Good knowledge of animation productions
- Understanding of market user needs
- Ability to take responsibility for profit on each production
- Ability to determine appropriate studio and main staff for animation production
