Your new role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing to lead go-to-market strategies for Max Streaming and Linear Channels, focusing on general entertainment as well as kids and family titles. This role will drive innovative, culturally relevant campaigns that spark conversation and boost engagement across platforms.

Your role accountabilities

  • Lead and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for kids & Family and general entertainment initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences, leveraging cultural trends and consumer insights to drive engagement.
  • Partner with various teams, including creative, media, and social media, to bring campaign strategies to life, ensuring cohesive and impactful execution.
  • Manage barter partnerships, identifying opportunities to amplify reach and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Supervise linear channel routines and manage key partner deals to maximize opportunities and strengthen results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Content, PR, Distribution, Retention, Growth) to drive integrated marketing strategies that connect with target audiences.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture, leading by example and promoting collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor´s degree required
  • Advanced english
  • Solid experiencie with marketing, with preferable experience in entertainment/cultural products or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strong local go-to-market strategies
  • Leadership experience, even without direct people management responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of pop culture, with a genuine passion for entertainment and the ability to extract valuable communication insights from original content

Other Nice to Have

  • Spanish
  • Experience in the Media and TV industry/space strongly preferred experience with online retail a plus;
  • Technology affinity and track record of employing systems to drive simplification and change;
