Your New Role...

  • This position will support the management and execution of strategic US and Global projects within WBD DTC Marketing. The position will demand strong skills in planning, communication, collaboration/partnership with members of different groups and functions, including senior business stakeholders.
  • The ability to independently shepherd complex interactions and situations is essential.
  • Serve as a leader for the Global DTC Marketing groups through cross-functional awareness, long-term planning and deliverables, review / improvement of processes and execution oversight. Simultaneously support and collaborate in the same way with DTC Marketing leadership and global / regional stakeholders and brand teams.
  • Act as a strategist, advisor, planner and implementer to achieve creative and operational goals within the organization based on urgency and priority. This role partners closely with leadership to identify focus areas, goals and needs, then collaborates with stakeholders to provide general support, solutions, planning, execution and end-to-end status reviews
  • Must be able to collate and prioritize critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision making, delivering insights, supporting docs and making recommendations to help realize the vision for the organization.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Provide project management/leadership support for multiple concurrent projects and programs.
  • Projects will support DTC Streaming: Brand, Brand Ops, Brand Creative & other strategic Marketing priorities with domestic and global reach.
  • Maintain end-to-end awareness of DTC Marketing & Brand Ops initiatives, paying special attention to key priorities and cross functional dependencies.
  • Maintain centralized documentation outlining all key initiatives related to global brand, brand marketing/creative, and brand operations timelines for delivery.
  • Project management support includes:
    • Planning and on time execution of global and domestic brand projects.
    • Management of cross-functional teams and connecting teams where brand initiatives cross over and / or intersect.
    • Prepare cross-functional teams to engage, plan, collaborate and execute on key initiatives and new endeavors requiring PM support (facilitating kick-offs, planning, documentation, facilitating recurring meetings, driving decisions, ensuring consensus on schedules, and summarizing action items for follow-up and follow-through).
    • Act as a primary interface to collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information to complete projects.
    • Communicate project scope, workback schedules and status to senior leadership on a frequent basis.
    • Escalate risks and decisions needed in a timely fashion with impacts, options and supporting data to inform decisions.
    • Driving process and workflow alignment: Trusted resource for establishing/evolving processes and operational best practices.
    • Strategic liaison, change champion, and communicator for numerous project stakeholders across the company.
    • Identify leadership expectations for broader group and support the implementation of best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communications:
    • Create and facilitate a variety of executive presentation materials and daily operations documents, actively engaging with colleagues across the company to coordinate feedback inputs and updates.
    • Lead/solution other ad-hoc strategy planning initiatives and special projects as they arise.
    • Identify and drive operational efficiencies with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications and Experience...

  • Experienced Project Manager with minimum 8 years experience and a background in marketing, branding, operational process and executive support.
  • Media industry experience required, specifically supporting consumer-facing streaming brands with a global reach.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management tools.
  • Macro & micro mindset: has the ability to zoom out and understand the context and then zoom in to tactically handle the tasks as hand. Detail oriented.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to innovate and think globally, strategically, creatively.
  • Proven ability for leading and successfully delivering multiple, consecutive, fixed date driven projects.
  • Expert problem solver. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education and training to resolve issues and remove barriers.
  • Ability to prioritize work from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Process oriented mindset with experience defining, streamlining, implementing and supporting team, project, and system processes.
  • Fluent in Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides, Word/Docs.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience driving discussions at all levels of an organization.
  • Solution oriented with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude around problems and issues we identify daily.
  • High integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  • Strong work ethic: self-motivated, excellent work quality, commitment and follow-through is a must.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
