Your New Role
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Warner Bros. theatrical releases, including media planning, creative materials, third party promotions, events, and exhibitor activations.
Promote synergy with other business units to generate additional value and opportunities.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Media: Develop media strategy and execute plans for theatrical releases and local productions.
- Creative: Work in the development of creative materials for media, in theater and local productions, working closely with creative agencies, A/V post house and other vendors.
- In-Theatre: Plan and implement activations with exhibitors, such as loyalty programs, advance ticket sales activations, marathons, concession programs, costume tours, collectable giveaways
- Marketing Events: Coordinate Avant Premieres and other Marketing Events logistics and décor together with assigned agencies.
- 3rd Party Promotions: Develop promotional activities with third party partners, global and local, and workwith consumer products and adsales to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Budget: Work closely with Marketing Director, to ensure advertising, promotional and production budgets are up to date, accurate and within agreed spend levels.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Fluent written and oral English
- Highly skilled in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Photoshop or similar skills a plus
- Able to manage a heavy workload and successfully see projects through to completion
- Relationship building skills
- Highly organized
- Strong commitment to teamwork
- Previous experience in theatrical or entertainment industry preferred.
- Wide knowledge and experience in media planning and implementation
- Experience planning and managing large events with more than 200 guests.
- elevant experience working with brands and partnerships.
