- Przygotowanie produkcji programów live lub/i magazynów publicystycznych
- Realizacja koncepcji programowych opracowanych wspólnie z wydawcami
- Koordynacja pracy ekip reporterskich w ośrodku regionalnym
- Proponowanie tematów programów telewizyjnych
- Produkcja połączeń live
- Dokumentowanie i research informacji
- Budowanie sieci kontaktów
- Dziennikarski nadzór nad realizacją materiałów telewizyjnych
- Współtworzenie materiałów telewizyjnych reportaży
Wymagania
- Wiedza na temat sytuacji społeczno-politycznej w regionie, Polsce i na świecie
- Kilkuletnie doświadczenie dziennikarskie
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
- Wyższe wykształcenie
- Dyspozycyjność, otwartość na pracę w weekendy i święta
- Dobra organizacja czasu pracy i odporność na stres
- Otwartość, komunikatywność, elastyczność
- Znajomość języka angielskiego (poziom minimum B1)

Responsibilities
- Preparation of live and/or journalistic magazine production
- Implementation of programming concepts developed together with publishers
- Coordination of the work of reporter teams in the regional center
- Proposing topics for television programs
- Production of live calls
- Documentation and research of information
- Building a network of contacts
- Journalistic supervision of the production of television materials
- Co-creation of television reportage materials
Requirements
- Knowledge of the socio-political situation in the region, Poland and the world
- Several years of journalistic experience
- Experience in team management is welcome
- Higher education
- Availability, openness to work on weekends and holidays
- Good organization of working time and resistance to stress
- Openness, communication skills, flexibility
- Knowledge of English (minimum level B1)
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
