Your New Role...
We are looking for an Operations Specialist, Content Ancillary Services to be responsible for working closely with cross-functional GCO and MKT teams to achieve high quality, efficient Promotional content delivery pipelines for our streaming platforms, linear channels, Social, Marketing and affiliates. In this role you will manage the tracking and coordination of Promotional assets creation and delivery status along with priority and deadline handling. You'll actively investigate methods to evolve process workflows to improve efficiency, increase creative opportunities, and maximize operational processes. You'll also serve as a primary Go-To resource for identifying and troubleshooting content delivery issues while providing immediate resolution, while developing long term sustainable solutions.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Tracking requests, progress, changes and approvals
- Stay on top of changes and requests between teams and ensure internal teams are aware of deliverables
- Handle daily comms, liaising between teams to ensure changes and requests are carried out within the given timeframe
- Alerting business, COEs and tech teams when planned demand exceeds current operational capacity and proposing solutions
- Collating communication from different channels and tracking and executing
- Assess and triage promotional assets content delivery challenges, prioritising issues and providing resolutions at the front end, whilst managing root-cause analysis
- Gather insights from current promotional assets content workflows review to ascertain bottlenecks
- Exposing strategic opportunities that yield efficiency gains and define optimisation points
- Provide input to development teams to create tools that facilitate promotional assets asset categorization visibility for prioritized processing to all teams involved in the content delivery workflow
- Work with cross-functional teams directly to understand and document their promotional asset workflows through process maps, business process and media flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams and collaboratively identify innovative solutions for their process
Qualifications & Experience...
- Proven experience in a similar role within a media companies
- Business acumen on media operation
- Technical knowledge of media workflows and media formats
- Knowledge of postproduction workflows
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on cross functional multi-cultural teams in a collaborative way
- Bilingual in English and Hungarian
