General Summary:
Warner Bros. Discovery Creative APAC is a multi-award-winning in-house agency creating brand identities, on-air promotions, advertising, branded content and communications for consumer, trade and corporate use across a diverse range of media platforms.
In this role, you will package and deliver promo campaign assets for on-air and off-air use, ensuring high presentation standards across WBD's business lines. You will version promo campaigns for affiliate support, maintain channel toolkits, and work closely with the production and design teams. Your tasks include supporting asset automation, producing short-form content, customizing region-specific promos, managing QC processes, and archiving materials. Collaboration with Creative Producers, Designers, and the Production and Audio teams is essential for resource optimization and streamlining solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging and delivery of promo campaign assets for on-air and off-air use and to maintain the highest standard of presentation for WBD lines of business (DTC, PAY, FTA, Digital and Social). This involves versioning of promo campaigns for affiliate cross promotional support.
- Maintenance of channel toolkits and a close working relationship with the production and design team.
- Close alignment with Design team to support the automation of assets.
- Involvement in short-form content production including but not limited to conceptualization, scripting, off-line editing.
- Customisation/repackaging on region-specific promos.
- Management of QC process and archival for internally produced materials.
- Collaboration with Creative Producers, Designers, Production and Audio team for effective use of resources and offer streamlining solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in broadcast promotions.
- Driven individuals with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using non-linear editing techniques and equipment (Adobe Premiere is preferred)
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently when required.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office software
- Experience with workflow systems such as Editshare, Asana, Monday.com
