Your New Role...

As part of a global MarTech team, the Automation Manager play a critical role in driving innovative solutions across the Marketing functions, identifying ways to streamline workflows and automate processes and campaigns for Max, our flagship streaming service. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global MarTech Engineering, tou will support marketing operations for subscription acquisition and CRM retention marketing through backend solutions. You will work within cloud warehouses and big data environments, harnessing consumer data to build and automate consumer messaging campaigns. You will enable marketing platform integrations within the MarTech stack to ensure interoperability and cohesion across platforms and tools. You will be involved in cutting edge marketing, bringing concepts to life.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Implementation and design for data-intensive solutions.
  • Ability to work with different cloud solutions and design architecture.
  • Ability to work with different database technologies.
  • Contribute to building back-end services and APIs.
  • Contribution to building reliable, high availability, and cost-efficient solutions
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data lake solutions.
  • Able to produce efficient technical documents.
  • Working with Infra as code and building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participating in building alerting and monitoring services.
  • Implement and perform different types of testing (Unit, Integration)

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
  • 10+ years of overall technical and software development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
  • 5+ years of experience working with AWS with serverless architecture and cloud engineering principles.
  • Solid Experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with fundamental Cloud design Architecture (server/serverless).
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps work and ability to build CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work in an agile/scrum
  • Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English as all communication and deliverables will be in English.
