Your New Role...

We're looking for a passionate Learning & Development Manager to support the growth and development of our employees. You'll contribute to our company's success and ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Join us in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Training Facilitation & Delivery

  • Deliver L&D workshops including global curriculum, team development and other ad-hoc sessions, both in-person and virtual
  • Host live learning speaker sessions and moderate panels

L&D Program Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop and deliver innovative face-to face and virtual learning programs
  • Project manage and coordinate logistics for scheduling, registration and tracking attendance for global learning programs
  • Embrace blended styles of learning techniques including video, audio, self-paced or coaching to maximize impact, create efficiencies and re-purpose content
  • Evaluate program success and prepare reports outlining attendance, feedback and impact
  • Identify external experts across the globe and find the best way to impart their knowledge to scale

L&D Business Partnering

  • Work with People & Culture (P&C) partners to design and deliver local initiatives for UK&I and EMEA business functions including one off sessions, team development, leadership offsites, coaching and other ad-hoc learning interventions
  • Represent the totality of the global L&D offering to internal clients, referring individuals and teams to appropriate initiatives for their teams
  • Provide guidance to employees seeking professional development opportunities, offering advice on career paths and recommending relevant L&D resources

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Experience in a corporate learning environment.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills - both virtually and in-person. A large portion of this role will include facilitation, so the ideal candidate should be very comfortable delivering workshops.
  • Certification in DiSC, Insights or another psychometric tool would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across different business teams, global locations and with external partners.
  • Project management skills with experience in managing a portfolio of learning projects.
  • Passionate about embedding a DEI lens to everything we do.

#LI-Hybrid
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
