The Job description (3-4 sentence description to best market your department and the role)
The theatrical business oversees the release of international film and local productions in cinemas nationwide, through the sales and marketing departments. Intern would play a key role in supporting the administrative functions in the business unit, including purchase orders and invoice processing related tasks, assist in reporting and budget control, and keeping accurate suppliers records.
The Daily - (Tasks and major activities)
• Help in the generation and monthly review of outstanding sales and marketing POs.
• Participate in meetings with Media agency and Theatrical suppliers as needed.
• Analyze discrepancies between invoices received from the Agencies vs Purchase Orders created and modify the PO according.
• Assist to process supplier invoices that do not have an assigned PO (coding).
• Aid in the preparation of Actuals report for movie forecast analysis, analysis of discrepancies and application of corrective actions.
• Participate in the preparation of accumulated reports by movie for budget control.
• Assist and monitor the changes required in the supplier registry to keep the information up to date.
• Support the teams in other administrative tasks as needed.
Required skills and knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, as well as database and reporting software.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Able to organize and prioritize work to meet commitments.
• Attention to details.
• Client support and customer service skills.
