Your New Role...

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Producer to lead the editorial and production efforts for a new innovative, multiplatform show. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can oversee the entire production cycle-from story pitch to final broadcast-while ensuring editorial excellence and operational efficiency.

As the Executive Producer, you will manage the team in Doha, serve as the editorial lead, and oversee every stage of the creative and technical process. You will be responsible for curating compelling stories, supervising content development, and ensuring seamless execution across digital and linear platforms.

This is a rare opportunity to launch a high-profile show that merges real-time digital engagement with a dynamic weekly linear broadcast.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Define the editorial vision, ensuring content aligns with CNN's editorial principles and resonates with a global audience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, producers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Supervise all phases of content creation-from story development and scripting to filming, editing, and final presentation.
  • Ensure seamless storytelling across digital, social, and linear platforms, maximizing audience engagement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership across CNN, talent, and technical teams to execute a cohesive production strategy.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • A solid background in television, digital production, or journalism with a proven track record in editorial leadership.
  • Strong experience in live broadcasting, longform storytelling and digital content production news.
  • Expertise in managing production teams and workflows in high-pressure environments.
  • Solid understanding of multiplatform content strategy, including digital, social media, and traditional TV formats.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global media landscape and an understanding of international storytelling trends.
