Corporate Social Responsibility Internships: NYC- Summer 2025

Your New Role
This internship will be located in the NYC area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager's in office schedule.

- Social Impact and Environmental Sustainability Intern: NYC - Summer 2025
- Contributions and Employee Impact Intern: NYC - Summer 2025
Your Role Accountabilities
- Charitable vetting and contributions support. Research, analyze and recommend charities for partnerships or as needed
- Provide program management support for employee-focused social impact initiatives, including volunteering and company-wide campaigns
- Work with non-profit partners on sponsorship fulfillment, including tribute ads, identifying guest lists and sharing opportunities with employees
- Monitoring ESG ratings and rankers scores and assist in updating information as needed
- Assist in implementation of ESG reporting software including user testing
- Updating and maintaining social impact websites, news updates, creative assets, etc.
- Marketing/media support: liaise with O&O for scheduling/trafficking PSA & digital assets; fusion priority/theatrical campaign creative support
- Project support involving data tracking, review, management and analysis
- Help produce Sustainability reports, presentations, etc. for internal and external audiences
- Develop and/or support external and internal communications - writing, social, press releases
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge/passion for social impact/corporate social responsibility
- Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required.
- The ability to multi-task, stay organized and pivot, when necessary, while tracking multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to work unsupervised as necessary.
- The ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- A positive and gracious attitude, personable.
- A can-do outlook, including ability to step up in for a team member at any time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with the Benevity software
- Experience working in Airtable
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) a plus
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior Undergrad Student (18 years or older)
- Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA)
- Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program.
What to know before applying:
- The duration of the summer program regardless of which start/end option is 11 weeks.
- Program date options:
- Option 1: June 2nd - August 15th
- Option 2: June 9th - August 22nd
- Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
- Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
- Interviewing will take place from February through mid-April. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $19 per hour USD for undergrad interns
