Zakres obowiązków:
- tworzenie koncepcji kreatywnych/art direction na potrzeby kampanii marketingowych - plakaty reklamowe dla seriali i programów telewizyjnych
- wsparcie kreatywne podczas tworzenia pomysłów na kampanie marketingowe, oprawy eventów oraz działania niestandardowe
- postprodukcja i przygotowanie key visuali reklamowych oraz grafik promocyjnych
- współpraca z fotografem i retuszerem na planie zdjęciowym
- nadzór artystyczny nad jakością wizualną kampanii marketingowych w mediach klasycznych oraz cyfrowych (OOH, DOOH, online)
- dbanie o standardy identyfikacji wizualnej kanałów telewizyjnych w kampaniach marketingowych
- prezentowanie propozycji wizualnych oraz koncepcji artystycznych
Nasze oczekiwania:
- doświadczenie w roli Art Director
- min. 3 lata doświadczenia w projektowaniu grafiki potwierdzone w portflolio (na Behance/dribble/Instagram/własne)
- biegłość w znajomości stylów i trendów projektowania wizualnego
- photo manipulation
- znajomość kompozycji i typografii
- znajomość programów Adobe Photoshop i Adobe Illustrator
Mile widziane:
- umiejętność prezentacji koncepcji kreatywnych
- doświadczenie w retuszu
- wiedza na temat fotografii
- doświadczenie w projektowaniu identyfikacji wizualnej marek
- doświadczenie w przygotowaniu grafik do druku

Your Role Accountabilities...
- Developing creative concepts and art direction for marketing campaigns, including advertising posters for TV series and programs.
- Providing creative support in the development of ideas for marketing campaigns, event setups, and unconventional activities.
- Post-production and preparation of key visuals and promotional graphics.
- Collaborating with photographers and retouchers on set.
- Artistic supervision of the visual quality of marketing campaigns in both traditional and digital media (OOH, DOOH, online).
- Ensuring visual identity standards of TV channels are maintained in marketing campaigns.
- Presenting visual proposals and artistic concepts.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Experience in the role of Art Director.
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrated in a portfolio (on Behance/Dribbble/Instagram/personal website).
- Proficiency in knowledge of visual design styles and trends.
- Photo manipulation skills.
- Knowledge of composition and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Nice to Have:
- Ability to present creative concepts.
- Experience in retouching.
- Knowledge of photography.
- Experience in brand visual identity design.
- Experience in preparing graphics for print.
