Your New Role
The Mobility Procurement Analyst II is a member of the Telecom and Mobility team and has the following primary areas of responsibility for Domestic US: Mobility Procurement, Fulfill Requestor Inquiries
Your Role Accountabilities
Mobility Procurement (70%)
Oversee, analyze, and procure mobile device program which includes iPhones, tablets, and MiFi units for Warner Bros. Discovery
Individual will serve as Subject Matter Expert related to all things Mobility
Buying responsibilities include managing the product catalog to keep the equipment models and pricing updated, quoting, processing Purchase Orders and managing the relationships with the mobile suppliers
Fulfill Requestor Inquiries (30%)
Respond to end user requests related to mobile device and plan pricing, order tracking, and communication with supplier and end-user
Partner with Asset Management and Client support on receiving and mobile device configuration, respectively
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of mobility procurement experience
3+ years of supplier management experience
Strong business analytics experience
Strong attention to detail
Great organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with limited direction
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSING, OR CERTIFICATION
CITAM or other ITAM certifications
